「ぼくが処刑される未来」を手がけた監督の小中和哉と、「ほんとにあった怖い話」などで知られる脚本家・小中千昭の兄弟がタッグを組んで送り出したダークファンタジー。父親から虐待を受け続け、生きる希望を失い、失意の中にあった女子高生・美以那の前に、謎の美女・苓が現れる。苓は「ヘマトフィリア（血液耽溺者）」を自称し、生きるに値しない男たちを殺し、その血をすすっていた。すっかり傷ついていた美以那は、苓に導かれて少女から大人へと成長していく。そんな苓と美以那に、美しきバンパイアの影が忍び寄る。苓役を「ぼくが処刑される未来」の中丸シオン、美以那役を「西の魔女が死んだ」の高橋真悠がそれぞれ演じ、初めてのヌードやラブシーンにも挑戦した。

大映が初めて手掛けた、1965年制作の本格怪獣映画『ガメラ』シリーズ第1作。監督は、湯浅憲明。北極海上で原爆を積んだ国籍不明機が米軍機によって撃墜され、氷山に墜落した。このため、積んでいた原爆は爆発、氷山に閉じ込められていたエスキモーの伝説の怪獣ガメラが蘇った。巨大な亀怪獣ガメラはその後姿を消し、入れ替わるかのように世界中で謎の空飛ぶ円盤が目撃される。人々の関心が空飛ぶ円盤に移り、ガメラのことが忘れられた頃、再びガメラが北海道にその姿を現した。自衛隊の作戦で仰向けにひっくり返されたガメラ。起き上がることの出来ないガメラに、人々は勝利を確信するが・・・。

Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present. Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

After a successful open house they are horrified to discover, days later, that a potential buyer didn't leave their home. While Alice is being held captive in the basement, the unannounced house guest moves in upstairs. She senses her capture is being kept a rebellious secret. She knows her way only way out if she can only get out alive.
