盛夏的时光

　　Set in an underground dungeon inhabited by bundled, ragged human beings, after the nuclear holocaust. The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart.　　Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory?　　n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in.　　What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts.　　On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired.　　One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places.　　Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.

　　在新奥尔良的街道上，关于神秘新药丸的消息开始传播开来，这种药丸可以解锁每位使用者独特的超能力。但问题是：在服用之前，没人知道用药后会发生什么。一些人会进化出防弹皮肤、隐形能力和超强力量，也有很多人会表现出更致命的反应。但是，当药丸使城市内的犯罪升级到危险水平时，当地警察（约瑟夫·高登-莱维特饰）与一名少女小贩（多米尼克·菲什巴克饰）和誓报私仇的退伍士兵（杰米·福克斯饰）联手以硬碰硬，他们冒着服用药丸的风险，以追踪并制止制造出该药丸的团队。

　　该取材于武穴市4000多名党员下社区、进小区，通过党建引领老旧小区改造的故事：建于上世纪七、八十年代的老油厂小区，有9栋楼160多户居民，是一个典型的无物管、无主管部门、无人防物防的“三无”小区。这里许多居民乱搭乱建杂物间、小车棚，下水道破损无人维修，生活污水横流，居住环境十分恶劣。有条件的住户外出购房搬离后，又将这里的房子出租出去，导致这儿的居住环境更加复杂。龙潭社区主任张昊阳借老旧小区改造之际，做活党建+的文章，派出社区片警樊玉锋任第一支部书记，引导居民开展“法治、德治、自治”。在社区工作者和小区党支部+业主委员会的共同努力下，解决了一批居民急难愁盼的事，终于让居住在这里的近千名群众生活出现了新业态。

　　品性憨直，风趣幽默，农村吃百家饭长大的孤儿石二狗，在城市打工意外获得彩票大奖五百万，之后，他风风火火的回到老家，借着酒劲给乡亲们发钱，并且还想凭这五百万娶村长的女儿石金凤，但是却遭到石金凤的嘲笑，于是他发奋要为老家人民做点大事——修路，将修路的工程包给了金凤城里的男朋友胡大光，以这样显示他的大度并期望博得金凤的欢喜，可是却由于经验的缺失和文化知识的不足，被胡大光给蒙混了，手上的钱都让胡大光骗走了，连答应给村里修小学的钱也被骗的一光二净，二狗又成了一个身无分文的穷光蛋。 二狗有钱的时候，在众多人中招聘了韩美华作为村里学校的老师，现在二狗没钱了，本以为韩美华会离开石头村，但是由于二狗的善良和执着，早已深深的打动了美丽聪明的城里女孩韩美华。韩美华利用自己的经验和智慧联手以前一直瞧不起二狗的村民们，为二狗打赢了官司。最后在韩美华的指引和村民们的帮助下，石二狗凭借自己坚韧的毅力，白手起家，带领百姓发家致富开创了崭新的事业。
