在距现在不远的未来东京，随着时代科技的进步，人们已开始使用氢气电池及人型机器人了。虽然技术进步了 但犯罪检举率却反而降低 失业率上升等社会不安定也不断增加。喜欢李小龙的美少女铃木海空来 怪异科学技术工程师原田智久和曾经是刑警、患上面类中毒的老伯黑川健一三人一起经营了一间通称DSA（DANGER SERVICE AGENCY）的危险代理公司，这间公司不管委托的工作是合法或不合法都会接受代理。
