人気漫画家・岡田和人が一方通行な恋心を抱える男女を描いた青春ラブコメディ「いっツー」を、「小蜜」の愛称で人気のグラビアアイドル・副島美咲主演で映画化した2部作の後編。憧れの先輩ユイに対する悶々とした思いを抱え、彼女目当てで映画部に入部したサガミは、怖いものが苦手なのにホラー映画の主演に抜てきされてしまう。ヒロイン役のユイのパンチラシーンにいちいち反応してしまうサガミのせいで撮影はうまく進まず、さらにはゾンビ役のエキストラに逃げられてしまい、映画制作は中断。撮影資金が底を尽きかける中、映画部はエキストラ確保のため、ある秘策を実行に移すが……。サガミに恋心を寄せるメガネっ娘のヨシコ役で、ゾンビアイドルとして人気の小明が出演。
